Once inside the program, you will be asked to complete an online intake form.
I review each intake form that is submitted. I want to ensure that my online content is addressing all aspects of WHY people smoke/vape.
You will also be asked to complete two online forms called “Contracts”.
These are contracts with yourself.
They have been designed to help you out of your smoking/vaping trance and help move you in the direction you want to go.
Before the hypnosis session, you will watch a few short videos that will help explain some surprising things you may not have known about your smoking habit.
After watching the videos, you will be ready for your guided hypnosis session.
From start to finish it will take you about 2 – 2.5 hours of uninterrupted quiet time to view the videos and listen to your stop smoking hypnosis session.
Some people complete the intake form, the contracts and watch the videos in a one hour sitting and then when they are READY, they listen to the stop smoking hypnosis session.
There is even a stop smoking reinforcement audio that you can listen to. Most people don’t because they just don’t do that thing they used to do anyone.
You can choose to listen to the stop smoking reinforcement audio or even watch the self hypnosis stop smoking video, as often as you like, however most find ONCE or TWICE is enough.
Repetition is the key to the program.
Listen EACH DAY for 21 days to anyone of the self hypnosis audio recordings that is included in the program.
Use earbuds or headphones to improve the impact of the messaging. There are NO hidden messages, you will know about everything that I say.
Some of the self hypnosis audios included with the program are for boosting confidence, stress management, relaxation and even better sleep.
Why 21 days? By repeating words, phrases and statements that are in alignment and congruent with your NEW desired behaviours, your subconscious mind will reprogram its automatic behaviours to match your new desires and wanted outcomes.
If you fall asleep, while listening to these self hypnosis recordings, no worries because your subconscious mind will be picking up the suggestions and reprogramming your mind, even as you sleep.
